1. What this site is

onlyfansrank.lol is a paid advertising board. You buy a position on a public list. The order of that list is decided by one thing only: how much each advertiser paid. Nothing else affects it — no editorial judgement, no algorithm, no quality score.

We do not host adult content. We publish links to third-party pages that we do not control and are not responsible for.

2. Who can list

• You must be 18 or older and able to prove it on request.
• The page you list must be yours, or one you officially manage on behalf of its owner.
• Your listing itself — name, photo, description — must stay clothed and non-explicit. What sits behind your link is your business.
• You may not list a page belonging to someone else, dead links, redirects to unrelated destinations, malware, or anything illegal in France.

3. Bids and payment

• The minimum bid is $5. Payment is taken up front through PayPal.
• A bid buys a position, not a duration. There is no monthly fee and no expiry date.
• Your position holds until somebody pays more than you. Being outbid is the normal working of the site, not a defect, and does not entitle you to a refund.
• You can raise your bid at any time by entering the same link again. The higher amount replaces the previous one; amounts are not added together.
• All prices are in US dollars. Your bank may apply a conversion fee we do not control.

4. Refunds

Payments are final once your listing goes live, because the service is delivered immediately and in full at that moment.

Two exceptions. We refund you if a technical fault on our side prevented your listing from appearing at all. And if we remove your listing for a rule you had no way of knowing about, we refund it. We do not refund a listing removed for impersonation, illegal content, or faked traffic.

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. By buying a placement that goes live immediately, you expressly ask for the service to start before that period ends and acknowledge you lose that right once it is fully performed (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

5. Removal

We can remove a listing without refund if it:

• links to a person under 18, or to content published without the consent of the people shown;
• impersonates someone else;
• breaks French law or the law where the advertiser operates;
• uses bots or click farms to inflate its statistics;
• points somewhere different from what was declared.

A report for a minor or for non-consensual content hides the listing immediately, before any human review. We restore it if the report turns out to be unfounded.

6. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. It lets you edit your description, change your photo and see your click count. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@onlyfansrank.lol — deleting it does not refund any bid.

7. Statistics

Click counts are filtered: one click per visitor per hour. They are indicative and given in good faith, not audited figures, and cannot be the basis of any claim.

8. Liability

We provide the board as it is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, any number of clicks, or any commercial result. Our liability, whatever the cause, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

We are not responsible for what happens on the pages we link to, nor for the practices of the platforms hosting them.

9. Not affiliated

onlyfansrank.lol is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, MYM or Patreon. Those names are used only to identify where a listed page is hosted.

10. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last moved. Changes do not apply retroactively to bids already placed. These terms are governed by French law.
